Meet the Founder
I’m Charmaine, founder of The White House Interiors.
After years working at a high level in the design industry, I found myself drawn back to something quieter… more tactile, more meaningful.
Less about constant newness,and more about craft, character, and the pieces that truly last.
This next chapter is a return to that.
Working from my studio, I now create handmade soft furnishings — curtains, cushions, and textiles — alongside a carefully curated collection of antiques and decorative pieces.
It’s a slower, more considered way of working.
And for me, it feels like coming home.
Everything I offer is rooted in a simple belief:
A home should tell your story — not follow a formula.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all design.
Or rushing decisions.
Or filling a space for the sake of it.
Instead, I work intuitively and collaboratively, taking time to understand how you live, what you love, and what feels right for your home.
